  1. Reservations and Payments

Reservations are confirmed only after payment, or the required deposit has been received.

Guests agree to provide accurate and complete booking information, including:

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted.

Austin Two-Step Tours reserves the right to modify pricing, availability, packages, and tour offerings at any time. Price changes will not affect confirmed reservations unless mutually agreed upon.

  1. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation policies vary depending on the experience booked.

Unless otherwise stated:

Public Group Tours and Sunday Funday Experiences

  • Reservations are non-refundable.
  • Guests may transfer their reservation to another available date or another participant if they notify Austin Two-Step Tours at least 7 days prior to the scheduled experience.

Private and Corporate Tours

  • Cancellations made 21 days or more before the scheduled tour date are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 21 days before the experience are non-refundable.

Additional Cancellation Terms

  • No-shows are not eligible for refunds, credits, or rescheduling.
  • Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
  • Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

If Austin Two-Step Tours must cancel an experience due to circumstances beyond our control, guests may be offered:

  • A rescheduled experience
  • A company credit
  • A refund option when applicable
  1. Changes to Tours and Experiences

Austin Two-Step Tours reserves the right to modify, adjust, or replace portions of an experience, when necessary, due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Venue availability
  • Safety concerns
  • Transportation issues
  • Partner availability
  • Operational requirements
  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

We will make reasonable efforts to provide a comparable experience whenever changes are necessary.

  1. Guest Responsibilities

Austin Two-Step Tours reserves the right to remove any guest whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, abusive, disrespectful, or unlawful.

Guests removed due to misconduct will not receive a refund.

Section 2 - Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Austin Two-Step Tours, LLC, we want every guest to have an exceptional experience. Because our tours require advance planning, coordination with local partners, reservations, staffing, and operational commitments, cancellations are handled according to the policies below.

By booking an Austin Two-Step Tours experience, you acknowledge and agree to these cancellation and refund terms.

  1. Tour Reservations

A reservation is confirmed once payment or the required deposit has been received.

Your reservation allows Austin Two-Step Tours to coordinate:

  • Tour guides
  • Dance instructors
  • Venues
  • Transportation providers
  • Performers
  • Other local partners

Guests are responsible for reviewing:

before completing their reservation.

  1. Guest Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary depending on the experience.

Public Group Tours and Sunday Funday Experiences

  • Reservations are non-refundable.
  • Guests may transfer their reservation to another date or another participant with at least 7 days advance notice.
  • Transfers are subject to availability.
  • A $20 rescheduling fee may apply.

Private and Corporate Tours

  • Cancellations made 21 days or more before the scheduled experience are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made fewer than 21 days before the experience are non-refundable.

These policies exist because Austin Two-Step Tours may have already committed funds toward venues, guides, transportation, staffing, and other tour-related expenses.

  1. No-Shows

A guest is considered a no-show if they:

  • Fail to arrive at the designated meeting location.
  • Arrive after the experience has started.
  • Choose not to participate after arrival.

No refunds, credits, or rescheduling options are available for no-shows.

Guests are responsible for allowing adequate travel time to arrive before the scheduled start time.

  1. Late Arrivals

Tours operate according to the published schedule.

Guests arriving late may miss portions of the experience. Austin Two-Step Tours cannot guarantee that missed activities can be repeated or refunded.

  1. Rescheduling Requests

Rescheduling requests are dependent on availability.

Public Group Tours and Sunday Funday Experiences

Requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the scheduled tour date.

Private and Corporate Tours

Requests require at least 30 days advance notice and are subject to availability and operational requirements.

  1. Weather and Unexpected Circumstances

Austin Two-Step Tours operates in a variety of weather conditions unless conditions create a safety concern.

If weather, venue closures, transportation issues, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control affect an experience, Austin Two-Step Tours may:

  • Modify the itinerary
  • Change venues or activities
  • Reschedule the experience
  • Provide a future company credit

Refunds are not guaranteed for circumstances outside the company’s control.

  1. Company Cancellation

Austin Two-Step Tours requires a minimum of 6 participants for Sunday Funday and certain public group experiences.

If Austin Two-Step Tours must cancel an experience, guests will be notified as soon as reasonably possible.

Guests may receive one of the following options:

  • Transfer to another available date
  • Receive a company credit
  • Receive a refund of the tour purchase price

Austin Two-Step Tours is not responsible for additional expenses, including:

  • Transportation costs
  • Lodging
  • Travel expenses

  1. Alcohol-Related Cancellations

Guests who cannot participate due to:

  • Intoxication
  • Failure to provide required identification
  • Violation of venue policies
  • Unsafe behavior

Processing times vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

  1. Gift Cards and Promotional Credits

Gift cards, promotional credits, discounts, and special offers are:

Because our experiences may include walking, dancing, social activities, entertainment venues, and participation in public spaces, all guests are required to review and agree to this Participant Waiver & Assumption of Risk before participating.

By booking, purchasing, or participating in an Austin Two-Step Tours experience, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the following terms.

  1. Voluntary Participation

Participation in Austin Two-Step Tours experiences is voluntary.

By participating, you acknowledge that:

  • You have chosen to participate freely.
  • You understand the nature of the experience.
  • You accept responsibility for your own participation and decisions.
  1. Acknowledgment of Inherent Risks

You understand that Austin Two-Step Tours experiences may involve certain risks that cannot be eliminated.
